<\/strong>For the business relations between the MAREN KAISER PROFESSIONAL COSMETICS GmbH <\/strong>- following \"MKPC" <\/strong>and the Purchaser shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating terms and conditions of business or purchase of the Purchaser shall only be recognized if they have been expressly agreed in writing.<\/p>\n
